This is not a crisis service. If you have found your way here but are in significant distress and needing urgent support, there are a list of crisis options available here.

Holding with compassion.

Creating a shared understanding.

Making meaningful shifts.

I aim to provide a calm and safe space that allows my clients to feel heard, seen and felt, and move proactively towards positive change and personal goals. I am particularly passionate about working with parents and carers from pre-conception throughout the early years of parenthood, parents and carers of sick kids, and those who require a trauma-informed approach.

Why Hand on Heart?

Firstly, placing a hand on one’s heart is an act of compassion, self-soothing and self-awareness, a way of acknowledging that big feelings are happening, whilst also steadying oneself using inner resources which are always available.

Secondly, the gesture of placing a hand on one’s heart is often used to demonstrate honesty or sincerity. My goal is to work collaboratively with clients. I will do my utmost to listen well and understand where you are coming from and what you need, and to provide feedback or offer suggestions in a way that is open and transparent. I hope to build a sense of trust and mutual respect.
